Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery date.
Items must be unused, unburned, in the original packaging and in resellable condition. Burned, melted or damaged candles cannot be returned.

Customized items including engraved text, crystal and mineral stone products are non-returnable for non-quality related reasons. Custom products are made exclusively to your specifications and cannot be resold. We will still review claims for defects or damage caused by our production error.

Return Shipping:
Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost unless the item arrived broken, defective or wrong item was sent.

Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your returned goods, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Damaged on arrival:
Please take photos of damaged candle + packaging and email us at litcrysa@outlook.com within 48 hours after delivery. We will offer replacement or refund.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
